Mr. Donley has represented clients in complex, multifaceted cases in a number of substantive areas of law, including contractual disputes, intellectual property, public policy, environmental litigation, state and federal regulatory matters, white-collar defense, and general business tort disputes.
Mr. Donley previously served as the first Inspector General for the Texas Education Agency. As Inspector General, Mr. Donley created and directed the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). Under his leadership, the OIG conducted complex investigations involving fraud, the integrity of the state's educational assessment systems, and irregularities in contracting and procurement.
Mr. Donley is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
