Newton Research Partners, LP has retained Loewinsohn Flegle Deary L.L.P. to pursue claims of misappropriation of trade secrets involving nozzles and nozzles in combination with centrifuges, which are used to separate contaminants from natural gas.
On November 20, 2007, suit was filed in the 298th District Court of Dallas County Texas against Shell Exploration & Production Company, Shell Oil Company, Shell Technology Ventures, Inc., Shell International Exploration and Production, Inc., and Twister, BV.
The action is pending before The Honorable Emily Tobolosky, Judge of the 298th District Court.
