Loewinsohn Flegle Deary obtains judgment from Federal Court dismissing class action filed against Dallas based investment firm in Vermont.

Groups of former season ticket holders at Killington ski resort in Vermont filed and had certified by a Federal Court in Burlington, Vermont, a class action seeking to overturn a decision by the resorts new owner not to honor what were claimed to be “lifetime ski passes.” .

All of the Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment seeking dismissal of all claims. On May 17, 2010, the federal court issued an opinion granting the motions for summary judgment and dismissing all claims brought on behalf of the class. Two of the Defendants were represented by Alan Loewinsohn of Loewinsohn Flegle Deary.
